Public browsing and free tools
The public application loads Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics in the visitor banner. The optional measurement uses the Nexoforma Measurement ID, anonymises IP addresses, disables advertising signals and sends page paths plus aggregate interaction events; it does not send names, phone numbers, addresses, enquiry text or planning free text. Choosing Decline stores a local preference and does not load the tag. Editing planning tools initially keeps your inputs in page memory. Save or Use in my enquiry stores a draft under nexoforma-planning-v1 in this tab’s sessionStorage, allowing navigation and reloads in the same tab. Saved drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed on next access; browser session restoration may preserve tab storage until that expiry. Clear saved planning removes it without submitting an enquiry. Successful project enquiries also clear saved planning when storage is available. Only the planning sections you select on the enquiry form are sent to Nexoforma.
Download, copy and print actions produce a local copy; they do not send your planning to the team. Saved planning does not include contact fields from the enquiry form. Avoid putting exact addresses or security codes in draft text, particularly on a shared device.
The provider quotation workspace stores an explicit save under nexoforma-provider-quotes-v1 in tab sessionStorage, with a 24-hour expiry on next access. It can include entered customer/business details, purchase costs, supplier sources, rate records and customer revision snapshots. Clear saved workspace removes the stored copy; the unsaved open workspace remains. It is separate from enquiries and is not cleared by their submission. Local CSV/JSON imports do not upload files. Customer exports omit dedicated internal fields; PRIVATE backups contain the whole workspace and should not be shared. This is not encrypted storage or a team account.
The room and point scope planner saves a separate draft under nexoforma-scope-v1 only when you choose Save for this tab. It expires after 24 hours and is removed on next access. Clear saved scope removes this saved copy; Start a new scope also replaces the open draft. This independent scope is not attached to enquiries or cleared by an enquiry submission. JSON backup files are read locally in your browser; CSV, text and print/PDF outputs are local exports. Imported brief and budget context is a snapshot, not a live link. Share exported files only with recipients you choose.
The chat conversation is held in the page’s memory and is cleared when you reset it or reload the page. Chat questions are matched locally against published site content; they are not sent to an external model provider.
Administrator session
Administrator sign-in uses the nexo_admin cookie to authenticate private areas. It lasts up to eight hours and is configured as HttpOnly, SameSite Lax and Secure in production. It is an operational cookie for administrators, not a public advertising identifier.
Hosting, external links and older features
Hosting infrastructure processes ordinary request information needed to serve and protect the website. External manufacturer sites apply their own storage practices when you follow a link. We do not control those sites.
An earlier version of the site contained a local-storage shopping cart. New cart and checkout routes now redirect to the research catalogue. You can remove any older stored data through your browser’s site-data settings; this may also sign you out of private areas.
Changes to tracking
If advertising, analytics or other optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any required visitor choices need to be updated before those features are enabled. Contact contact@nexoforma.in if you observe storage behaviour that does not match this description.
