What you share
Our forms collect your name, Indian mobile number, city and message. Project enquiries also include the service you need, property type, project stage, budget band, timing and a product of interest when selected. Partner applications include a business name, professional role and optional portfolio URL. When you choose to attach saved planning, the selected project brief and/or budget items and allowances are also included. We record which sections you selected and the attachment-permission notice and time.
Why we collect it
We store your submission to review and respond to the request, understand project or service-area needs, review a partner application, or handle support and privacy requests. We record the consent notice version and the time of submission. Phone format checks do not verify your identity.
The permission you give
I agree that Nexoforma may store my details and contact me by phone about this request. This does not give permission to share my contact details with vendors or send marketing messages.

Who receives your information
The Nexoforma team reviews requests through a private administration area. Hosting and database service providers process information needed to run the site. The current form does not automatically send your information to a vendor or publish a partner application.
ZeptoMail processes an internal notification containing the enquiry reference, category and admin-inbox link. The notification does not include your name, mobile number or message. If you email contact@nexoforma.in directly, your email address and the content you send are handled to respond to that request.
Free tools and site chat
Budgeting and project-brief inputs remain in your browser. Clicking Save or Use in my enquiry stores your planning in this tab’s session storage so you can move between tools and review it on the enquiry page. Saved drafts expire after 24 hours and are removed on next access; you can clear them yourself. Successful project-enquiry submission also clears saved planning when browser storage is available. Only sections you explicitly select are sent with your enquiry. Downloads and printing do not submit a lead. The site chat searches published Nexoforma content in your browser. Conversation text is not sent to an external model, stored in the enquiry database or used to create a lead. Resetting the chat or reloading the page clears it. Avoid entering personal or confidential information.
The room and point scope planner uses a separate, explicitly saved draft in this tab with the same 24-hour expiry on next access. It is not attached to enquiries or cleared by enquiry submission. Clear saved scope removes the stored copy. Backup files are read locally; exports and printing do not upload the scope. You choose whom to share downloaded files with.
The provider quotation builder keeps proposals, internal costs, rate records and revision snapshots in browser memory until you explicitly save them for this tab, with a 24-hour expiry on next access. It does not submit them to Nexoforma or providers. Customer exports omit dedicated internal cost and rate-source fields; private workspace backups include them and must be kept private. Imported files are processed locally.

If a suitable introduction becomes available, we ask for additional permission identifying the intended recipient businesses before sharing your contact details. A partner application is not permission to sell the applicant’s details as a homeowner enquiry.
Ved voice and AI quote review
Talking to Ved uses your browser’s built-in speech recognition and speech output. Some browsers, including Chrome, send the audio to the browser maker’s service to convert it to text. Nexoforma does not receive or store your audio; the recognised text is handled like a typed chat question.
Questions you type or speak to Ved, with the last few turns of the same chat, are sent through OpenRouter to an AI model that writes the answer from Nexoforma’s published pages. We ask OpenRouter to use only providers that do not train on prompts. Nexoforma does not store chat transcripts; we keep only a short-lived count per network to limit use, which is deleted within 48 hours. Avoid typing personal details.
The AI quote review is free. You can upload a quote and run the review without giving your email, with your consent before each review. To see or download the report you enter your email and a one-time code. Verifying creates a basic Nexoforma account record holding that email, so the report can be released to you and free reviews can be limited; you only need to use the account if you want to manage your own project. The finished report and the redacted line items are held on our server for up to 48 hours and then deleted. Your uploaded file is sent to an AI model through OpenRouter to read the line items and is not stored by Nexoforma. Names, phone numbers, emails, GSTIN, PAN and similar identifiers are removed from what is read. Web research through Firecrawl uses only brand and model names. We ask OpenRouter to use only providers that do not train on prompts. We keep a record that your email used its free review, the review stage and its cost, without the file.
If you separately tick the optional box to help improve Ved, we keep the de-identified line items, terms and findings, linked to your account by a one-way key so we can find and delete them. Email contact@nexoforma.in to delete them at any time.
Public business directory
We research public business websites to help visitors find architecture, design and automation businesses. Listings contain the business name, advertised category, city or stated regional connection, source link and check date. We do not publish scraped phone numbers, personal email addresses, precise street addresses, reviews, logos or photographs in these listings. A business name may identify a sole proprietor.
Business listings are editorial research, separate from private partner applications. Source-check records are kept internally to investigate accuracy. Corrections and removal requests are handled manually through Contact & support or contact@nexoforma.in. See the directory policy for the verification scope and review process.
Withdrawal, corrections and deletion
Use Contact & support and choose the privacy, deletion or correction option. Include your request reference when available. We may need to verify identity before acting. Submitting a privacy request only permits us to handle that request; it does not restore withdrawn marketing or matching permission.
Retention and security
Quote files are not stored. Quote review reports, redacted line items and usage counters are deleted automatically within 48 hours. Project enquiries and account email records are retained while being reviewed or handled. Optional Ved training samples are kept until you ask us to delete them. You can request deletion using the support form. Retention and deletion are currently handled manually for enquiries and accounts. Access to enquiry records requires administrator authentication. Avoid including identity documents, exact home addresses, payment details or security codes in free text.
External sites and providers
Linked manufacturer and reference websites have their own privacy practices. If you later engage a professional directly, their contract and handling of information are separate from your initial Nexoforma request.
