What we check
We compare the business name, advertised expertise and stated location with its public website. The first release draws on a supplied Delhi NCR shortlist and additional regional research. Each published card links to the source used and shows the research date. We omit entries when the available evidence is insufficient. Search results help discover businesses; a readable business source is required for this release.
“Source checked” describes a review of public information. It does not establish that a business is currently trading, accepts your project, owns its premises, holds a particular registration or will meet its advertised promises. No listed business has been contacted as part of this research.
Office, service area and project experience
An office or studio is a location stated by the business. A stated service area is a place the business advertises serving. Regional project experience means the source describes work there; it does not establish a local office or current availability. Seasonal studios and uncertain locations have additional notes. Ask the business to confirm where its team will travel from and the costs of site visits and support.
The initial research target is two architecture/design options per state or union territory, alongside a larger Delhi NCR shortlist. This is not two providers in every city, district or locality. Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 enquiries are welcome, but directory inclusion does not establish statewide service coverage.
Architecture and design categories
The category includes businesses advertising architectural design, multidisciplinary consultancies and design-build firms. It is not a list of individually registered architects. Before commissioning work, ask for the responsible architect’s name and Council of Architecture registration, confirm it through the Council of Architecture, and check any applicable local approval requirements. Confirm who signs drawings and which services are included.
Independent listings and commercial relationships
These listings are not approved partners, paid endorsements, background checks or quality rankings. Businesses appear alphabetically within each region. There are no ratings, fabricated testimonials or paid priority placements in this directory. Any future sponsored placement must be labelled. No enquiry details are automatically sent to a listed business.
Information we publish
Cards contain a business name, category, city or regional connection, source link, check date and necessary factual notes. We do not reproduce scraped phone numbers, personal email addresses, precise street addresses, photos, logos, reviews or marketing descriptions. Follow the source for the business’s current contact channels and policies.
Research and updates
Public-page checks are bounded and respect access restrictions. We do not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs or technical blocks. A page being publicly accessible is not a blanket licence to copy its contents. Source check dates reflect the actual review, not the date of an unrelated site deployment. Listings may be corrected, temporarily hidden or removed when evidence changes.
Correct or remove a listing
Email contact@nexoforma.in with the business name, listing URL, requested change and a supporting public source where available. Or use Contact & support and select “Correct a listing or guide”. Tell us if you represent the business or are reporting an error as a visitor.
Requests are reviewed manually. We may ask for proportionate evidence of authority for ownership or removal requests; do not send identity documents or confidential customer records in the initial message. Removal and correction requests are free. We do not publish a guaranteed response time. Read our privacy notice for how support requests are handled.
Before choosing a business
Review relevant completed work, speak to references with permission, check credentials, obtain a written scope and compare fee stages, exclusions, travel, deliverables and after-sales responsibilities.
