Nexoforma provides discovery and enquiry coordination. We do not currently sell or install the listed products. Any professional you choose is responsible for their quotation, contract, invoice, installation and warranty. Availability is confirmed for each project.

- Send an enquiry; the team reviews your location, priorities and timing.
- If a possible match is available, decide whether your details may be introduced to the named provider.
- Compare the provider’s written scope and contract directly for any work you choose.

Our NRI planning section helps owners living abroad prepare for care, renovation and connected-home handover in India. The platform does not currently act as a property manager, broker, escrow service or legal representative.
How we research
Our original guides use manufacturer, standards-body and official sources where relevant. Reviews are dated, uncertain India availability is identified and recommendations are distinguished from physical testing. Read the editorial policy or ask the site knowledge assistant to find relevant passages.
Your details stay under your control
The project form lets Nexoforma contact you about your request. It does not authorise automatic vendor distribution. Before an introduction, we will ask permission to share your details with the named businesses.
How the platform may earn revenue
Our intended model includes fees from professionals for agreed, qualified introductions, and possibly clearly labelled sponsored placements. Guides, planning tools and Ved are free for homeowners; quote reports ask only for your email. Any commercial arrangement should be disclosed when relevant; payment must not be presented as independent verification.
A network we are building openly
Professional applications are open. Our independent business directory links to public sources; inclusion is separate from partner approval. We do not claim a completed installation count, customer rating or nationwide service team.
